Hotel Caesar Palace - Giardini Naxos

I recently spent 7 nights at Caesar Palace with my family. The shuttle bus to the beach ran regularly. The pools were great, although finding sunbeds was sometimes a challenge. Food in the restaurant was delicious and varied, catering well to different tastes. Isabella from the kid's club was fantastic, keeping my children engaged. The noise from night entertainment could be bothersome, especially for those with rooms near the pool area. The coffee during breakfast was disappointing, especially for Italy. The children's club wasn't always staffed as promised. We had a good time, but the hotel could improve on a few aspects to enhance the experience further.

Great hotel with great Wi-Fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with technical issues on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay, and I'll be back!

A very good hotel. The rooms are confortable and well equipped. Breakfast is very good. The location is very good, just a short drive to Taormina.

The interenet connection costs 7 Euro per hour - it is too much!

The room was spacious and had a lovely shady balcony perfect. The pool area was clean and beautifully maintained, and we really enjoyed the nightly entertainment with a mix of Italian themes. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, contributing to a cute atmosphere throughout our stay.

The pool was amazing! Absolutely perfect for the kids, and we got to enjoy some good family time splashing around. Plus, the animation team was fantastic, especially Denzel, who had my kids laughing the whole time with his goofy games.

It wasn't inexpensive, but worth every penny.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is comfortable though a bit out of the way but we loved the spacious public areas and the food served in the restaurant was really good.

Caesar palace has a beautiful private beach that's quiet and well-kept, with comfy sunbeds. The pools are great, although they could use more seating. The all-inclusive formula is perfect for nonstop food and drinks, and the entertainment for kids was a big hit, especially with isabella from the kid's club.

the structure of the hotel is good , the staff not particularly friendly as a 4 stars would be.

The room was not cleaned properly for the 5 nights we stayed, The barmen was recycling the beer, the restaurant was very poor buffet style.

I loved how the hotel was just a short drive from the fine ancient theatre of Taormina, and only a pleasant stroll to the beautiful beach, providing endless opportunities for weekend walks and exploration.
